Prime Stories deals in digital services and virtual goods ("Prime Coins"). Due to the nature of digital content:

All purchases of Prime Coins are generally Non-Refundable.

Once Prime Coins are credited to your wallet and/or used to unlock chapters, they cannot be returned or exchanged for real money.

If a refund is approved due to a technical error, the amount will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original source of payment (Bank/Card/UPI).

Since this is a wallet top-up service for instant consumption, there is no "Cancellation" process once a transaction is successfully completed.
