Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

Prime Stories deals in digital services and virtual goods ("Prime Coins"). Due to the nature of digital content:

All purchases of Prime Coins are generally Non-Refundable.

Once Prime Coins are credited to your wallet and/or used to unlock chapters, they cannot be returned or exchanged for real money.

2. Refunds in Case of Technical Failure

We offer refunds ONLY in the following specific scenario:

If money was deducted from your bank account but Prime Coins were not credited to your Prime Stories wallet.
In such cases, please contact us immediately with your Transaction ID.

3. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved due to a technical error, the amount will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original source of payment (Bank/Card/UPI).

4. Cancellations

Since this is a wallet top-up service for instant consumption, there is no "Cancellation" process once a transaction is successfully completed.
